Learn about the Florida coast’s history and Floridians’ relationships with the sea over the past 2,000 years, when Florida’s modern shoreline came into being. Professor Bennett will share the challenges facing Florida’s coasts, such as development, pollution, and sea level rise, as well as how these coasts have changed over time.
