Historic Walking Tour: Sundy Village
Join historian and the Society’s Archive Coordinator, Tom Warnke on this very special tour of the historic block now known as “Sundy Village.”
This is where the story of how Delray Beach was imagined began. The home of the first Mayor, the iconic Cathcart House, the historic cottages, the former Rectory, the windmill and many other notable stops on this informative and sweeping tour will cover fascinating stories of pioneers, architecture and entrepreneurship from the 1800s to the 1950s.
