Join us for this captivating look back at the women of Delray, presented by Society Archivist, Kayleigh Howald.
By the turn of the century, Delray was turning into a small village, with a population of about 150. It needed to begin thinking about a proper infrastructure. Some of Delray’s founding women joined together to dedicate themselves to the task. This exploration will surprise and inspire you. The pioneering women of Delray were real estate developers, leaders in the areas of civic and environmental improvement, education, equality and healthcare.
